Samina Faisal Khan is Co-Founder and CEO of ForiFix. She’s a proud daughter and the eldest of 6 sisters, comes from a strong and supportive family background. She completed her MBA from Sukkur IBA, initially she started her career with PTCL as a Senior Corporate Sales Manager and Mobilink as a Customer Service Representative back in 2005.

Samina is a recognized marketer by profession with over 10 years of experience in corporate sector of Telecom and Hi-tech Industries. She is currently leading her own entrepreneurial venture “FORIFIX” to help people, especially working women, get their odd jobs done well and be productive. FORIFIX, an Integrated Pest Management venture, was launched against pests and their pollutants during her pursuit of safer and healthier ways to prevent her home from bugs.

Samina considers herself a trendsetter as a female Pest Management Professional. Pest Control and Facility Maintenance is indeed a male dominated industry and as a woman, making people understand and recognize the fact that a woman is ultimately the main decision maker of all the household hygiene and cleaning matters and so she herself can be a service provider. Lack of funds has been a challenge but not an obstacle, reminding her to save more and spend wisely.

One stereotype that Samina really wants to break is discrimination towards daughters who are considered a curse and a burden. Another stereotype she is strictly against is the huge gap between the two types of women; young girls dying in the villages and the women achieving and breaking all the stereotypes of our society, which needs to be bridged by the ones who are capable, resourceful and have a heart of gold.
